Preserving Watershed Health

CHALLENGE

The Ottawa Riverkeeper convened a summit bringing together hundreds of stakeholders from across the Ottawa River watershed for the very first time. The goal was to create a shared vision to preserve the health of the watershed and grow momentum to support a declaration.

SOLUTION

Collaborating with the local design team, we helped to prepare the questions that inspired participants to articulate what they valued most about the watershed and to envision breakthrough achievements in the years ahead.

We synthesized an explosion of sticky notes into one holistic portrait that conveyed the essence of this shared vision. The Ottawa Riverkeeper continues to share this visual as one way to keep everyone connected to the shared purpose and explore ways to take action together.
