Jennifer Shepherd is a wizard of capturing the essence of what’s happening in a meeting. You know how you’re in the middle of a meeting and there’s so much going on, and after a while it all just becomes a jumble? Every time I felt that way I’d just look over at Jennifer’s work, and I’d get an eagle eye on everything.  It was so reassuring for me. What she creates is peaceful, even in the midst of some very challenged, energized dynamics. And she captures that in a way that allows me to rest, both as participant and as facilitator.
